SHIPPING POLICY

At MAMORI, we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches you in a safe, timely, and transparent manner. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases, as well as what you can expect at every step of the journey.

Before we ship your order, we need a little time to prepare it. This section explains how we process orders, how long it takes, and when you can expect to receive your dispatch confirmation. We begin processing your order only after we receive full payment and confirmation.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–4 business days to process, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.
  • Dispatch Notification: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

We want you to have flexible shipping options. Here, you’ll find details about how shipping charges are calculated, what delivery methods are available, and how international shipping works. We offer multiple shipping options designed to suit different needs.

  • Calculation of Charges: Shipping fees depend on the weight/volume of your orderdelivery location, and chosen method.
  • Domestic & International Shipping: We ship across India and internationally. Charges vary by destination.
  • Expedited Delivery: For urgent orders, expedited shipping can be arranged upon request by emailing support@mamori.in. Additional charges apply.
  • PO Box / Military Addresses: Delivery to such addresses will be attempted only through carriers that support these destinations.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Wondering when your order will arrive? Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. This section sets out our standard timelines and explains what happens if there are unexpected delays. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible, but delivery times vary.

  • Domestic Deliveries: Estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • International Deliveries: Timelines vary by country and may take longer due to customs checks.
  • Delays: Unforeseen events such as weather, strikes, or government restrictions may cause delays. Customers will be informed in case of significant disruption.
  • Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery can be arranged at an additional shipping cost borne by the customer.

4. ACCURACY OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Correct delivery details are key to a smooth shipping experience. This section highlights why providing accurate contact and address details is so important, and what happens if something is entered incorrectly. Successful delivery depends on accurate information provided by the customer.

  • Customers must enter a valid name, phone number, email ID, complete address, pin code, and landmark (if applicable).
  • Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays, failed deliveries, or return-to-sender cases.
  • Re-delivery due to inaccurate information will incur additional charges.
  • Deliveries are address-specific, not person-specific; any authorized recipient at the given address may accept the package.

5. TRACKING ORDERS

We keep you updated at every step. Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking ID so you can follow your package’s journey. Here’s how tracking works and what to do if your order is delayed. We ensure you stay updated once your order is on its way.

  • A tracking ID will be shared once your order is dispatched.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to reflect updates in the courier system.
  • If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us with:
    • Order ID
    • Registered email ID / phone number

6. ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Some deliveries, especially international ones, may involve extra costs like customs duties or taxes. This section explains who is responsible for such charges and what to expect at checkout and delivery. Some shipments may be subject to extra costs beyond our control.

  • Domestic/International Levies: Octroi, entry taxes, customs duties, or government levies are payable by the customer.
  • Non-Refundable: These charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • Customs Compliance: For international orders, customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s customs regulations.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned under this Policy.

8. COMPANY RIGHTS

To protect the integrity of our service, we reserve certain rights.

  • To verify customer details at any stage.
  • To cancel or refuse orders if fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading information is detected.
  • To charge actual shipping costs in cases where “Free Shipping” was offered but the order was returned post-dispatch.

9. JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
